By accessing or using Azaman NG Crypto Wallet (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Azaman NG regarding your use of the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting to the Service.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Azaman NG Crypto Wallet provides a non-custodial digital wallet service that allows users to:

• Store, send, and receive supported cryptocurrencies
• View transaction history and wallet balances
• Generate and manage private keys
• Interact with decentralized applications

Our Service is a non-custodial wallet, meaning you maintain control over your private keys and we do not have access to your funds. You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and recovery phrases.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Securing your device and preventing unauthorized access
• Safely storing your recovery phrase and private keys

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activities or facilitate illegal transactions
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Azaman NG Crypto Wallet, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of Azaman NG and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Service or its contents.

Our Service may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including blockchain networks, decentralized applications, and exchange services. These third-party services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, functionality, accuracy, or availability.

Your use of any third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We do not endorse and are not liable for any transactions, content, or services provided by third parties.

Azaman NG may charge fees for certain services, which will be clearly disclosed before you use those services. Blockchain networks may also charge transaction fees (gas fees) for processing transactions, which are not controlled by Azaman NG.

You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your use of the Service and any applicable blockchain network fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azaman NG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Azaman NG, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
